Encouraging hearts and hands
Come and Teach Valuable Skills at our Community Center and Trade School
Join our community and teach through hands-on classes, seminars, and workshops. We plan to use a combination of staff and volunteers to teach different practical skills to the community both at the community center and trade school. Help us by using your skillset and empowering others for a brighter future.

The Community Center is seeking individuals to volunteer to teach skills or crafts to interested folks. We are open to a wide variety of classes such as:
- Bible studies
- Food preservation (canning)
- Soap making
- Sewing
- Tutoring (homework help)
- English classes (reading/writing)
- Gardening
- Knitting/crocheting & crafts
- Nutrition/hygiene
- Seminars to help women cope with difficulties/trauma
Elderly folks will be welcome to hang out at the community center during the day. The community center plans to offer monthly family events. Volunteering to bring a fun-filled event is welcomed!

The Trade School is seeking individuals with skills in:
- Construction
- Plumbing
- Electricity
Volunteers would come as guest lecturers to share personal experiences and work alongside the students and teachers, especially highlighting the handling of various problems that may arise. We also seek volunteers to share how to run a successful business.
