Encouraging HEARTs AND HANDS
Welcome to Our Village Fold
Please join us in our endeavor to build a Community Center and Trade School in Uganda, Africa, where we hope to teach valuable skills through classes such as food preservation, nutrition, plumbing, construction, etc.
Our first goal is to give the communities around Kaberamaido (cab-er-uh-my-doe),Uganda, access to clean water by digging a well on our organization’s land, which will cost $20,000. Our next goal is to build the Community Center Pavilion, which will cost $50,000. The Community Center will have skill classes and seminars, community events, and Bible Studies. The Trade School is the last goal.
Pius, the founder, grew up in an orphanage in Uganda, Africa. Upon leaving the orphanage as a teen, Pius felt God wanted him to give back to his people. His dream was to learn a skill to pass on to others. When Pius traveled to the USA, he went to trade school and acquired a skill in plumbing and is excited to take it back to Uganda to train young men and women.
Ecclesiastes 3:13, “Moreover, this is the gift of God: that all people should eat, drink, and enjoy the results of their hard work.”
You can help us raise funds by donating money or construction and plumbing tools. Once the buildings are built, we will also be seeking volunteers to teach at the community center and trade school.
