As a child in Uganda, Pius sat around the bonfire late in the evening as his grandparents shared African folktales. He decided to extract some of those stories from his mind and put them on paper. So, How the Lion Became King of the Jungle and Hare’s Sticky Fingers were brought to life in colorful picture books authored, edited, and published by Pius and Hilary Enyano. His newest book, Edward the Mosquito, is a character created by him that delights children of all ages.
